Lead Generation Executive

Job Description

About Us

RaftLabs is a product-focused software development agency building web, mobile, and AI applications for clients across the US, UK, Ireland, Canada, and Europe. We work with founder-led businesses and mid-market operators who need execution partners, not vendors.

We're building a focused vertical practice in hospitality tech—targeting boutique hotels, apartment hotels, and small multi-property groups (15–120 rooms) that are underserved by large enterprise software and overcharged by generalist agencies.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Lead Generation Executive to build and run our outbound pipeline for the hospitality vertical. This is not a volume-dial role. You'll work in a targeted, account-based motion — identifying the right operators, initiating precise outreach, and qualifying conversations for our BD lead.

You'll own top-of-funnel: research, list building, outreach, and first-touch qualification. You'll report directly to the founder and work in tight feedback loops.

What You'll Do

Prospecting & Research

  • Build and maintain a curated ICP list of boutique hotels, apart-hotels, and small hotel groups across the US, UK, Ireland, and Canada using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and manual research

  • Identify decision-makers (Owners, MDs, Founders) — not procurement or IT

  • Track trigger events: new property openings, rebrands, leadership changes, OTA review patterns, expansion signals

Outbound Execution

  • Write and execute personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences (not templates — contextual, sharp, value-first)

  • Run multi-touch sequences across email + LinkedIn

  • A/B test messaging, subject lines, and value propositions with a structured approach

  • Target: 8–12 qualified conversations per month

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in HubSpot (or equivalent)

  • Log all activity, track sequence performance, and flag what's working

  • Weekly reporting on outreach volume, reply rate, conversion to call, and pipeline quality

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the founder and strategy lead to refine ICP, messaging, and vertical positioning

  • Feed intel from the market back into our offer design (what language prospects use, objections, competing tools they mention)

What We're Looking For

Must Have

  1. 1–3 years in B2B outbound lead generation (agency, SaaS, or tech services preferred)
  2. Demonstrated ability to research and build targeted prospect lists (not just pull Apollo exports)
  3. Strong written English — you can write a cold email that doesn't read like a cold email
  4. Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, email sequencing tools (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar)
  5. Data discipline: you track what you send, what works, and why

Strong Advantage

  1. Experience targeting US/UK/EU markets
  2. Prior exposure to hospitality, SaaS, or property tech buyers
  3. Familiarity with trigger-based prospecting (LinkedIn signals, review trends, job postings as buying intent)
  4. Understanding of agency deal cycles (not SaaS trials — longer, relationship-driven)

Mindset

  1. You think in pipelines, not tasks
  2. You take ownership of your number (qualified conversations/month) without being micromanaged.
  3. You're curious about the vertical you're selling into — you'll read about hotel ops, OTAs, and hospitality software on your own
  4. You improve your sequences based on data, not gut

  1. Cold calling from a generic list of 10,000 companies
  2. Running spray-and-pray email blasts
  3. Chasing SMBs with no budget or no decision-making authority
  4. Working from a script someone else wrote without context

Compensation & Structure

  1. CTC: Fixed + performance incentive linked to qualified meetings generated
  2. Performance bonus: Tied to meetings booked + deals influenced (not just volume).

Head of Delivery

Job Description

About RaftLabs

RaftLabs is an AI-native custom software development company building products and platforms for clients across the globe. We operate as a fully remote team and work across diverse domains, from SaaS products to enterprise integrations to AI-powered workflows. We move fast, we care about craft, and we hold ourselves to a high bar on delivery quality.

As we scale, we need someone who can hold the entire delivery engine together.

The Role

This is not a typical project manager role.

You will be the single point of accountability for delivery across all active projects at RaftLabs. You will sit above our project managers, not beside them. Your job is to make sure every project is running on track, every client is informed and happy, and every manager is doing what they are supposed to do. When they are not, you escalate, course-correct, or take charge.

Think of it this way: 15 projects are running in parallel. Five managers own them. You own all five managers.

What You'll Own

Delivery Oversight

  1. Maintain a real-time pulse on every active project: timelines, risks, blockers, and progress
  2. Ensure no delivery slips are without early visibility and a mitigation plan in place.
  3. Identify projects that are off-track before the client notices

Manager Accountability

  1. Ensure every project manager is following their defined SOP consistently and not just occasionally
  2. Run regular check-ins with PMs and hold them accountable to their commitments.
  3. Act as the escalation layer between PMs and leadership.

Client Health

  1. Make sure every client is receiving regular, structured updates.
  2. Ensure meeting minutes are documented after every client call
  3. Run or oversee periodic temperature checks to catch dissatisfaction early
  4. Step in on client communication directly when a situation needs a senior hand.

Estimation & Billing Hygiene

  1. Review and challenge estimates before they go out; spot underestimation, over-commitment, or scope creep before it becomes a problem.
  2. Ensure all hours are being logged accurately and on time
  3. Make sure that work being done is being billed correctly with no value leakage

Process Compliance

  1. Ensure the RaftLabs Manager OS (our internal operating system for delivery) is being followed across all projects
  2. Identify gaps in how managers are operating and close them through coaching, escalation, or process improvement.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience managing software delivery at a services or agency company
  2. Has managed multiple projects simultaneously across different domains and client types
  3. Has directly managed or overseen project managers or team leads, not just developers.
  4. Solid familiarity with the software development lifecycle (Agile, sprints, releases), well enough to challenge estimates and spot risk
  5. Prior experience specifically at a tech services or custom software development company
  6. Has worked in fast-moving, multi-client environments where context switching is the norm

Skills & Traits

  1. Exceptional at context switching: you can move from a billing conversation to a technical estimate review to a client escalation in the same afternoon.
  2. Strong communicator, written and verbal, especially in a sync and remote environment
  3. Detail-oriented without being a bottleneck; you track everything but do not slow things down.
  4. Comfortable challenging estimates, pushing back on over-commitment, and having hard conversations when deliveries are at risk
  5. Ownership mindset: You do not wait for problems to come to you; you find them first

Remote-Ready

  1. Has worked in a fully remote setup and knows how to build accountability and visibility without micromanaging
  2. Disciplined about documentation, a sync updates, and structured communication.

What Success Looks Like at 90 Days

  1. You know every active project, its status, its risks, and its client relationship health without needing to ask the founder
  2. Every PM is being held to their SOP consistently
  3. No delivery surprise goes unreported for more than 24 hours
  4. The founders have stopped worrying about delivery
